RISARALDA CALDAS
Risaralda is a Colombian municipality located in the south-west of the department of Caldas. Together with the municipalities of Viterbo, Belalcázar, San José and Anserma, they make up the so-called "Bajo Occidente" Caldense, with an altitude of 1713 m.s.n.m. with an approximate temperature of 25 ° C. 4 This region stands out for the production of coffee and most of its inhabitants subsist on the cultivation, sale and export of this product as well as the green banana and corn of this mountainous area.
